Setting:
The general situation is a conference room with chairs, tables and a projector, which is transformed with lots of scattered chairs and upturned tables into a screen, as you can see in the attached photos. The spectators sit on the floor among the chairs (those who find it difficult to sit on the floor can take a chair)

Chairs
We need about fifty chairs or more depending on the space.
Tables
Three white tables to make a screen for the video projector (about 125cm wide x 76cm deep). These tables will serve as a screen once they are turned over and placed side by side (see photo).
Video projector
Short focal length to be placed in front of the “screen tables”. Screen ratio rather 4/3.
(See Photo)
Lights:
Full general light or, if possible and sufficient, existing lights in the space.
Sound:
Speakers connected to the computer and placed behind the tables
Xavier launches the files he uses from his computer.
(see photo)
Music:
There is no music playing.
Wi-Fi:
We will need an internet connection if possible. Or an intranet that allows us to connect the computer and tablet to control the projection of files from the tablet.
